Job summary

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in heavy civil, industrial, or commercial construction.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and supervising Superintendents.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations across multiple active project sites.
• Directly manage and mentor Site Superintendents.
• Monitor overall project performance, including safety and quality metrics.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, safety, and operational excellence.
