Job summary

ONEOK, Inc. is seeking a skilled mechanical technician to perform advanced maintenance on fixed and rotating equipment across compressor, pipeline, storage and processing facilities.

You will troubleshoot, service, install and repair engines, pumps, valves and electrical gear. You will train teammates, manage parts orders, and keep detailed maintenance logs while adhering to safety standards and DOT guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience with hand and power tools used in mechanical maintenance.
• Advanced troubleshooting and analysis of equipment abnormalities.
• Ability to read work orders, drawings, diagrams and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Directs or performs advanced mechanical work on fixed and rotating equipment at compressors, pipelines, storage, gathering, fractionation and gas processing facilities.
• Service, troubleshoot, maintain, install and repair mechanical and electrical equipment; conduct performance analyses and emissions testing as needed.
• Train and direct employees involved in mechanical work; order parts and maintain records.
• Drive and ensure maintenance is completed on company vehicles; prepare logs, inspection reports and equipment records.
• Respond to hazardous conditions and comply with safety precautions; may involve DOT-related functions.
