Job summary

Nuclearn is hiring a Senior Field Marketing Manager to turn a packed nuclear industry conference calendar into a repeatable pipeline engine. You will own the full lifecycle from pre-event strategy through post-event follow-up, collaborating closely with Sales to fuel the pipeline.

We value AI fluency, systems thinking, and the ability to build a field-marketing function from scratch. Expect frequent travel to major conferences and a high-cadence calendar in a growing company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field marketing, event marketing, or hybrid marketing/sales role in B2B.
• Own an event calendar end-to-end, not just staffing booths.
• Think in systems; optimize after each event.
• Build without a playbook; define good metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop event strategy and annual calendar for nuclear industry events.
• Own pre-event logistics, booth setup, staffing, and outreach.
• Oversee on-site execution, ensuring meetings happen and nothing is missed.
• Lead post-event follow-up to convert conversations into meetings.
• Create synthesis between field marketing and sales; provide materials and briefs.
• Track cost and pipeline results to improve future calendars.
