SquareX is looking for a performance-driven Senior Field Marketing Manager to build and scale our field marketing strategy in North America. This is a high-impact, hands-on role focused on generating and accelerating pipeline by creating programs that engage and convert security and IT decision-makers.
As one of our first field marketers, you’ll work closely with sales leadership to design and execute programs that support high-consideration, enterprise sales cycles. From targeted executive events to large-scale conferences, you’ll own the regional go-to-market motion — aligning closely with sales to ensure every program delivers measurable results.

What You’ll Do
• Own pipeline generation and acceleration goals for North America in close partnership with sales leadership
• Build and execute regional marketing plans aligned to target accounts and sales priorities
• Plan and run integrated programs including field events, executive experiences, workshops, direct mail, and trade shows
• Partner with sales on pre- and post-event strategies to maximize engagement and drive conversion
• Report on program performance using both quantitative and qualitative insights, optimizing for continuous improvement
• Serve as the primary marketing contact for the regional sales team, providing strategic input and tactical support
What We’re Looking For
• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 5+ years in field, regional, or demand generation roles
• Proven track record of owning pipeline goals and supporting enterprise sales cycles
• Deep experience in event execution and cross-functional campaign development
• Exposure to cybersecurity, compliance, or enterprise SaaS industries strongly preferred
• Highly collaborative, data-driven, and execution-oriented
• Willing to travel across the region as needed
• Experience supporting channel or partner teams is a plus
• Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, Clari, Tableau, or similar tools
• Strong point of view on what defines high-quality pipeline and how to drive it
