This full-time position offers a $55,000 base plus commissions and bonus opportunities, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 1:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Tuesday office meetings. Applicants should be comfortable working outdoors and driving daily field activity.

Qualifications

• Recent, extensive door-to-door canvassing experience with a proven results track record.
• Ability to lead and coach others in the field with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with homeowners.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Produce in the field by canvassing neighborhoods, engaging homeowners, and generating qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Lead new-hire shadows in the field to observe approaches and learn through live experience.
• Coach through demonstrations and practice with clear, constructive feedback.
• Help new hires ramp up, answer questions, and build confidence for independent work.
• Set an example with professionalism, resilience, and accountability as a senior team member.
• Strengthen field teamwork by sharing successful approaches and keeping teammates engaged.
