Job summary

Parsons is seeking an Installation Manager to lead and coordinate geographically dispersed field installation teams supporting air traffic control system implementations for the FAA across the National Airspace System.

You will oversee field engineers, electricians, technicians, installers, and subcontractors, manage regional work blocks, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related field-installation leadership experience.
• Experience coordinating field personnel across multiple sites.
• Ability to read and interpret installation and engineering drawings.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and field documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead field installation teams and ensure on-time, safe project execution in active FAA environments.
• Oversee field engineers, electricians, technicians, installers, and subcontractors.
• Plan, staff, and track field work across regions and projects.
• Assign personnel based on project needs, qualifications, and availability.
• Ensure readiness and briefings before performing work; monitor progress against plans.
• Develop and review risk management, site readiness, and execution plans.
