Job summary

Parsons is seeking an Installation Manager to lead field installation teams across FAA programs on the National Airspace System. You will oversee field engineers, electricians, technicians, and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of installation activities.

You will develop regional and project execution plans, coordinate with internal teams and FAA stakeholders, and monitor progress against schedules and budgets while maintaining high standards of field documentation

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business Administration (or equivalent) with 8+ years of field leadership experience.
• Experience leading or coordinating field personnel (engineers, electricians, technicians, installers, subcontractors).
• Ability to manage geographically dispersed field work across multiple sites/regions.
• Strong understanding of field safety, installation planning, and site readiness.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to prepare reports and briefings.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and meet security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage field teams performing hands-on installation, deployment, site preparation, and integration support.
• Provide leadership and day-to-day coordination for field personnel and subcontractors.
• Plan and staff installation activities across regions, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Assign staff based on project needs, schedules, and qualifications.
• Review drawings, packages, and site docs for clarity and readiness.
• Develop execution and staffing plans, site readiness plans, and risk plans.
• Coordinate with FAA stakeholders, project managers, and vendors.
• Attend site readiness meetings and project reviews; monitor progress and budgets.
