Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with team leader and customer to understand on-site installation and repair requirements.
• Serve as direct customer contact and be responsible for equipment on projects, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Use blueprints/engineering specs and common tools to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
• Work overtime/weekends as needed and occasional overnight stays.
• Enforce safety standards and manage company assets and equipment.
