Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or related field, or five years of insurance claims investigative experience, or other related experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations of suspected fraud or other illegal activities against the Company, including interviewing, taking statements, and locating sources of information and witnesses.
• Coordinate investigation assignments to outside agencies and provide training and support to departments in the claims handling process.
