• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree in STEM or related field preferred.
• Baroid Core Training Course completed or equivalent program; 2–4 years fluids and separation equipment experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide well-site service to customers under supervision.
• Apply training on fluids chemistry, hydraulics calculations, testing, and separation equipment theory.
• Work with fluids and equipment supervisors and technical professionals; interpret testing results to provide technical solutions.
• Operate and optimize separation and waste management equipment; prepare stock and spares based on drilling program.
• Mentor and assist in developing junior employees.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environment regulations.
