Job summary

Conception to Reality Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Field Engineer to oversee field engineering and construction within scope, schedule, and budget. You will provide industry-specific consulting and concise technical communication to all stakeholders.

Key duties include managing project scope and schedule, coordinating on-site bid meetings, and creating daily reports. Strong MS Office and project management skills are essential; a background in manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in engineering (mechanical or civil) preferred.
• 10 years' experience required; 15–20+ preferred.
• Manufacturing experience in food/beverage industry preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Project; AutoCAD Viewer.
• Bilingual English & Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field engineering and construction within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Build and maintain high-level customer relationships.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and daily on-site operations.
• Coordinate and conduct on-site bid meetings with vendors.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports; strong technical communication required.
• Manage permitting and fees.
• Create and update MS Project schedules and charts.
• Travel up to 75% to client sites.
• Train or oversee training of customer production employees.
