Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's or graduate degree with relevant field experience; 6+ years required, or 10+ years in lieu of degree.
Secret Clearance required.
3+ years in cUAS tech, defense/security systems, diagnostics tools and equipment, military standards, testing, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site support for installation, integration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cUAS systems.
Conduct system testing, diagnostics, and repairs for optimal performance.
Deliver comprehensive training to end-users and operators on cUAS equipment use and maintenance.
Collaborate with engineering/support teams to resolve complex technical issues and drive improvements.
Stay current with advances in cUAS technology and best practices.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational protocols.
