Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role.
• Experience with building or consuming MCP servers or agent frameworks.
• Production experience with LLMs and advanced prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery across multiple deployments.
• Lead technical diagnosis and remediation in the codebase.
• Build customer-specific extensions and integrate them into the roadmap.
• Embed with customer engineering teams for hands-on implementation.
