• Manage field execution and financial stewardship of electrical, power, instrumentation, and controls upgrades.
• Coordinate projects up to $2M in appropriation across engineering design, procurement, and field execution.
• Work with facility equipment including power supply, transformers, PLCs, instrumentation.
• Travel 30–50% to field locations as needed.
