Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Civil, Environmental Engineering or related field with 3–5 years of related superintendent experience on contracts valued at $10M+.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in heavy construction (site-work, roads or environmental).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead all crews and subcontractors to complete the project safely, on time and on budget.
• Enforce safety policies; ensure OSHA standards and proper site conditions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and utilities; plan labor and equipment daily.
• Report progress, issues and changes to the Project Manager and Division leadership.
