Overview: BioMarin is a leader in delivering therapeutics for rare genetic diseases. We focus on advancing therapies that provide meaningful advances to patients, particularly children, who live with serious and life-threatening conditions.Role Summary: The Senior Field Clinical Coordinator (Sr-FCC) educates patients and caregivers on the safe and appropriate use of BioMarin therapies, specifically supporting Voxzogo product initiation and ongoing therapy. Sr-FCCs collaborate with clinics and the BioMarin account team, working from home to support patients in a designated region both virtually and through in-home visits with patients and caregivers.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clinics, BioMarin field sales, and RareConnections personnel to ensure timely therapy initiation and adherence.
• Work within an account team to move cases from referral to product start.
• Educate patients and caregivers on BioMarin products, including safety, efficacy, dosing, administration, and storage.
• Provide in-person reinforcement of injection training as needed.
• Use motivational interviewing to empower patients and caregivers.
• Conduct ongoing education on disease and product administration.
• Participate in patient educational events approximately three times a year.

Leadership and Influence:

• Demonstrate leadership within the team and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
• Generate and communicate best practices.
• Identify and solve obstacles and trends.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on achondroplasia and VOXZOGO.
• Contribute to regional and national assignments, such as training and advocacy group liaison.

• Willingness to travel to see patients in their homes. Some overnight travel required (up to 30%).
