Responsibilities
  • Validate new Chemistry and Immunoassay instrument installations to meet customer requirements.
  • Provide onsite and remote support for assay and QC-related questions.
  • Conduct onsite training for proper operation of instrumentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Tech Support, Field Service, Sales, and Customer Training.
  • Prepare customers for and complete validation studies on instrumentation.
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in laboratory/diagnostic instrumentation or a related field.
  • Advanced understanding of the Diagnostics or Healthcare Industry with a focus on Laboratory Regulatory environment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically at least 85% of the time.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in medical technology.
  • Familiarity with Standard Laboratory Practices, including Quality Control, record keeping, and regulatory requirements (CAP, CLIA, COLA).
