Job summary

The position offers a competitive wage range of $127,800 to $175,800 per year, with incentive plan eligibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Field Application, systems, or applications engineering role supporting power electronics or semiconductor products.
• Demonstrated expertise in GaN and/or Si MOSFET technology.
• Experience performing design reviews across schematics and PCB layout.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers from design conception through product integration.
• Deliver technical presentations and application training.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support including schematic review and PCB layout guidance.
