Nextpower is seeking a Sr. Field Applications Engineer to apply advanced technical expertise on foundation solutions, lead complex issue resolution, and drive improvements from field feedback.

This senior IC role involves extensive travel, stakeholder coordination, and cross-functional collaboration across disciplines to strengthen safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will develop and deploy equipment wellness initiatives, establish drilling parameters, and mentor teams while

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on experience with heavy machinery, foundation installation, site operations, field troubleshooting, and customer-facing technical support.
• 8+ years experience with hardware and software tools, engineering drawings, and field data to improve products and processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Structural Engineering or related technical discipline; certifications or equivalent experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; able to work in active construction and renewable-energy environments.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and execute the Equipment Wellness Inspection Program across site locations.
• Develop, launch, and execute the Drill Engineering Service and establish drilling parameters.
• Lead resolution of complex technical, mechanical, installation, equipment, and operational issues.
• Improve field execution and customer support through scalable processes and documentation.
• Partner with Product Development to convert field learnings into product and process improvements.
• Provide customer-focused technical support and deliver hands-on training for operators and engineers.
