  • Deliver executive‑level technical updates and comprehensive project reports to leadership, utilizing data‑backed insights to showcase development progress, risk factors, and deployment success.
  • Resolve complex field issues by performing deep operational troubleshooting and analyzing log data, acting as the primary escalation point to determine root causes and coordinate immediate and permanent fixes with internal teams.
  • Develop custom technical solutions and tools to streamline integration processes, address specific customer challenges, and optimize system performance.
  • Design and deliver advanced training programs for customer and partner development teams, ensuring they have the expertise to handle complex integrations and utilize advanced features effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to advocate for customer‑centric solutions, using field feedback to drive product improvements and future innovations.
