Job summary

Texas Regional Bank seeks a Chief Fiduciary Officer for its Trust and Wealth Management division. You will lead a statewide team of trust officers and oversee fiduciary administration of trusts and estates, ensuring prudent decisions and compliance.

The role requires policy development, collaboration with executive leadership, risk management, client service, and thought leadership in fiduciary topics. Travel as needed, and adherence to confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• J.D or CTFA required.
• A minimum of 8 years' experience in fiduciary settings or private practice with estate planning.
• Strong understanding of fiduciary risk and compliance.
• Excellent writing, interpersonal and client service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving team environment.
• Proven collaboration and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Maintain strict confidentiality.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Physical presence at the Bank to perform duties.
