Title: Senior FICO Technical Analyst
Location: Remote

We are actively seeking a Senior FICO Technical Analyst to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!


This role’s primary responsibility will be theconfiguration and customization of SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules in S4H, ensuring accurate accounting and reporting, and integrating financial processes with other business functions and modules (SD, MM, PP, IM, etc.,). This role will be the primary contact for our Accounting and Controlling team, providing advice and solutions for process improvements, integrating with future growth and acquisitions, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

As our Senior FICO Technical Analyst, you’ll make an impact by:

  • Configuringand maintaining SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Cost Center Accounting (CCA).
  • Ensuringseamless integration between FICO and core SAP modules like Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Production Planning (PP) for consumer-packaged goods selling to retailers, e-commerce platforms, and a variety of other distribution channels.
  • Analyzingbusiness requirements, identify gaps, and propose solutions to improve financial processes.
  • Conducting workshops, training sessions, and providing technical support to end users.
  • Working with ABAP programmers to develop and maintain reports within SAP that support Data Hub / Power BI reports to monitor financial performance and improve Record to Report metrics.
  • Diagnosingand resolve complex technical issues, optimize system performance, and provide proactive solutions for the FICO environment.
  • Working with ABAP programmers to develop custom solutionsapproved by Business Process Owners.
What you need to succeed:
  • Undergraduate degree in IT-related field, IT management or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ Years of experience in SAP FICO modules and their functionalities.
  • 8+ Years of solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • 2+ cycles of completing SAP Implementation and/or upgrade experience within the FICO module.
  • Strong knowledge of core SAP modules, MM (Material Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), PP (Production Planning) and MDM (Master Data).
