Job summary

Kinective partners with banks and credit unions to shape intelligent banking. As Principal Product Manager for FI Solutions & Platform Strategy, you will bring deep FI credibility to validate ideas, sharpen the roadmap, and ensure the product org has ground-truth insights to guide decisions.

You’ll own FI engagement, map end-to-end FI workflows, and coordinate with SVPs to align strategy, AI investments, and GTM.

Qualifications

• VP-level or equivalent experience at a community FI with decision-making scope
• Deep FI credibility and industry insight for product strategy
• 5+ years in software product management for platform ecosystems
• Experience working with FI executives and translating constraints into product plans
• Ability to influence across teams without direct authority

Responsibilities

• Act as primary source of ground-truth FI insight for product decisions
• Validate major initiatives against real FI feedback before launch
• Translate client conversations into actionable product insights for the team
• Map end-to-end FI workflows and identify integration touchpoints across the platform
• Collaborate with product, engineering and services to prioritize platform improvements
