This role involves overseeing project delivery, managing documentation, and leading team meetings. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and a high taste level in design trends. The position is hybrid and offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 plus performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• High taste level and knowledge of high-end market.
• 7+ years of demonstrated work experience with Interior Design and/or Architectural Firms.
• Proficient in design software including AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, and Adobe Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of decorating/design concept from start to finish.
• Manage preparation of project documentation and vendor orders.
• Lead client meetings and ensure project milestones are met.
