Job summary

W. Silver, INC in Santa Teresa, NM is seeking a Nonferrous Supervisor to oversee safe operation of the process workflow for ferrous and nonferrous materials in the warehouse.

You will work with the General Manager, Front Office Supervisor, and Logistics Coordinator to ensure efficient loading and unloading, accurate packaging, and timely filling of customer equipment orders. The role requires strong leadership, strict safety adherence, and hands-on supervision of grading, sorting, and inventory

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
• OSHA safety certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all warehouse stations and staff.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company rules.
• Oversee material grading, sorting, and packaging.
• Coordinate inventory accuracy and cycle counts.
• Ensure quality pre-operational checks on equipment.
• Support start-up and end-of-day closing procedures.
