Polar Semiconductor Inc in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Principal FEOL Technology Development Engineer responsible for optimizing and documenting processes required to fabricate Power Trench MOSFETs and BCD devices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant job function.
• Working with and interpreting information/data between design and process teams.
• Experience in driving for solutions and collaborating on cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and optimization of processes for MOSFETs and BCD devices.
• Design and perform experiments to optimize process flows.
• Mentor and oversee junior engineers.
• Provide updates to management and external customers.
