Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 2–3 years of professional work experience.
• Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Financial acumen with budget planning or cost management exposure.

Responsibilities

• Rotate into PMI U.S. core functions (Finance, Corporate Strategy, and/or Commercial) to broaden strategic exposure.
• Contribute from day one with ownership and hands-on impact across rotations.
• Develop proficiency in budget planning, cost management, and financial decision-making for a future leadership role.
• Prepare to transition into a permanent leadership position based on performance.
