Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field and PMP or DHS certification.
• Ten years of relevant experience, or eight years with a Master’s degree.
• Experience analyzing financial management and automated IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Direct and guide multiple concurrent projects with change management and performance measurement.
• Oversee complex tasks to meet timelines and allocate resources.
• Analyze inter-relationships between financial management requirements and automated solutions.
• Review products and procedures for compliance with government standards and internal controls.
• Coordinate cross-functional participants to align tasks.
• Conduct quality reviews for accuracy and client specifications.
• Read and apply federal policies and directives to PWS activities.
• Produce clear written reports and executive-level presentations.
• Provide advisory support and coaching to facilitate organizational change.
