Job summary

Ryan is expanding its Federal Income Tax Consulting practice across the U.S. We seek professionals at Manager, Senior Consultant, or Consultant levels with deep expertise in accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) and hands-on experience in domestic and international tax provisions for public and private companies.

The ideal candidate can lead engagements, manage teams, and contribute as an individual contributor in a flexible, national-ready environment.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in a practice‑relevant field with 3+ years of experience, including 1+ year in management.
• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of consultants and develop project workplans and deliverables.
• Build strong client relationships and oversee engagement quality and billing forecasting.
• Mentor junior team members and manage multiple engagements; supervise and review work.
