Senior Federal Subcontracts Administrator, Fully Remote options

CDM Smith is seeking an experienced Senior Subcontracts Administrator to support our U.S. Federal projects. This role offers in-office, hybrid, or fully remote work options within the United States.

As part of our team, you will:

  1. Manage the full lifecycle of subcontract administration, ensuring compliance with policies, legal, and performance requirements.
  2. Apply FAR/DFARs and other government acquisition regulations to subcontract management.
  3. Handle post-award processes including soliciting, negotiating, and maintaining subcontract agreements.
  4. Support pre-award procurement activities, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations.
  5. Negotiate prices, conduct analyses, and document subcontractor responses.
  6. Provide guidance to project managers and team members on subcontract administration.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, 4+ years of relevant experience, and knowledge of federal procurement regulations. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of CPSR, Oracle, SharePoint, NCMA certification, and experience with USAID and IDIQ contracts.
