Link Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to join our McLean, VA team.

You will lead the development of innovative, compliant technical solutions for large federal pursuits, partnering with capture, proposal, business development, and engineering teams to shape winning strategies. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in solutions architecture, DoD/agency experience, and strong executive communication skills, with on-site presence in McLean and a focus on cloud,

Qualifications

Ten (10+) years of experience in solutions architecture or enterprise architecture.
Strong written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
Experience leading technical solution development for large federal pursuits.

Responsabilités

Lead the development of compliant, executable technical solutions for federal opportunities.
Serve as the technical lead for captures and proposals across teams.
Translate mission requirements into differentiated technical architectures and delivery strategies.
Drive architecture reviews and collaborative workshops with stakeholders.
Provide technical leadership across cloud, cybersecurity, AI/ML, DevSecOps, and modernization initiatives.
