Job summary

PKH Enterprises is seeking a Senior Program Management Specialist to support federal security programs for government clients. The role focuses on translating strategic direction into actionable plans, governance, risk management, and performance measurement across program operations.

Qualified candidates will have a Top Secret Clearance, 15+ years of experience including 5+ years in federal contracting or program management support, and strong communication, data analysis and governance skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Top Secret Clearance required.
• Minimum of fifteen years’ experience, five years’ experience in federal contracting support.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal program management support or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess current processes and identify improvements; drive implementation with teams.
• Review and improve policy, governance and standard processes for efficiency.
• Evaluate technical and non-technical solutions; conduct analysis of alternatives for technology.
• Establish governance and stakeholder engagement mechanisms; define goals and metrics.
• Develop business cases, resource plans and budget justifications.
• Perform risk management assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Create program performance metrics and reporting for client programs.
• Draft/update policies and procedures; document authorities and policy framework.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings to address concerns and troubleshoot deployment.
