Job summary

Qualifications

• PMP certification is required.
• Ten years of experience managing a project or program of similar size and complexity.
• Five years overseeing manpower requirements for similarly complex projects.
• Five years of experience performing financial and performance monitoring of contracts.
• Demonstrated authority to make organizational decisions and address contractual or resource issues.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective communication between Government and Contractor leadership to align program activities.
• Apply industry-best standards to track and document requirements for government monitoring.
• Ensure all tasks and deliverables comply with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
• Maintain accountability for quality, efficiency, and overall operational performance of contractor activities.
• Assist Government with financial and business processes related to the PWS, excluding inherently Governmental functions.
• Exercise full authority to make organizational decisions and commit prime contractor resources.
• Proactively alert Government stakeholders to potential contractual, programmatic, or resource issues.
