Job summary

MBL Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced Privacy Compliance Analyst - Senior to support federal privacy programs and initiatives in a fully onsite DC Metro role.

You will develop and maintain PIAs, PTAs, SORNs, and related compliance documents, while mitigating privacy risks and coordinating breach response with stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in privacy and holds CIPP/US/CIPM/CISM/CISA or equivalent, plus an advanced degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, cybersecurity, information systems, business administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in privacy compliance, information protection, or privacy risk management.
• Experience supporting federal government privacy programs.
• Strong knowledge of Privacy Act 1974, E-Government Act 2002, OMB privacy guidance.
• Hands-on in PIAs, PTAs, SORNs, and related documentation.
• Experience with privacy incident investigations and breach response coordination.
• Familiarity with NIST SP 800-53, FISMA, and federal privacy frameworks.
• Experience creating privacy policies, SOPs, and compliance reports.
• Professional certifications such as CIPP/US, CIPM, CISM, or CISA.

Responsibilities

• Support federal privacy programs in line with Privacy Act and FISMA requirements.
• Develop and maintain PIAs, PTAs, SORNs, and related documents.
• Identify privacy risks in systems and data-sharing activities, and recommend mitigations.
• Support privacy breach investigations and incident remediation.
• Develop privacy policies, SOPs, reports, and program metrics.
• Deliver privacy awareness training and guidance to offices and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with privacy officials, legal, cybersecurity, and program leadership to integrate privacy into operations.
