Job summary

Synectics Inc. seeks an experienced Federal Litigation Supervisor to lead federal litigation matters, directing strategy and court proceedings.

You will oversee case activities, guide junior lawyers, and coordinate with internal teams and opposing counsel to ensure compliance with federal rules. The role requires 5+ years in federal litigation, admission to a Texas federal court or Fifth Circuit, or ability to obtain admission within 90 days, and strong supervisory capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of federal litigation experience.
• Admission to a Texas federal district court and/or the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, or ability to obtain admission within 90 days.
• Federal court litigation and case management experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage federal litigation cases from inception through resolution.
• Develop litigation strategies, pleadings, motions, discovery, and related legal documents.
• Represent clients in federal court proceedings.
• Supervise and provide guidance on litigation matters and case activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, opposing counsel, and other legal professionals.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal court rules and procedures.
