Windwalker Group is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead federal IT initiatives in a hybrid environment. You will manage high‑level projects, aligning with federal guidelines, and deliver results in traditional and Agile settings.

The role requires active Q clearance or TS/SCI, at least five years in federal IT project management, and a PMP certification. Strong communication, leadership, and PMO artifact development are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Q clearance or TS/SCI required.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on IT project management experience in the Federal Government.
• PMP certification required.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Project, Excel, and Visio.
• Experience with both waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Act as single point of contact for Federal IT Program Managers.
• Oversee IT projects using waterfall and Agile life cycles.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables per stakeholder expectations.
• Develop clear PM artifacts (charters, plans, schedules, requirements, reports) per PMO standards.
• Collaborate across matrixed teams to coordinate resources and ensure success.
• Create and manage project documentation, reports, and presentations in MS Office.
• Communicate with senior leaders, delivering updates and recommendations.
• Leverage strategic thinking, multi-tasking, negotiation, conflict management, and time management to drive project success.
