Lindholm and Associates, a woman-owned, small business specializing in Federal Human Resources (HR) and Human Capital Management (HCM), has worked with more than 60 Federal Agencies, as well as private sector companies and other entities, and is currently seeking experienced Federal HR Consultants to join its team. Positions currently open are in the Washington, D.C. area and may require some work onsite, with most work performed offsite.

Senior Federal HR Consultantswill apply federal HR expertise to provide a full range of strategic workforce planning, workforce assessment, and restructuringin accordance with federal and agency standards, including alladvisory and technical support. Responsibilities will include, among other things: Setting strategic direction (project scoping, planning, and management); Analyzeworkforce, identify skill gaps, and conduct workforce analysis; Conduct demand analysis; Develop plan and recommendations related to organizational structure; Provide deliverables as requested;Develop Implementation Plan and Roadmap; Provide transition supportand change management strategy; Assist in development of best practices for standardization of business processes for each functional area.

Required Experience and Responsibilities:

  • Minimum fiveyears’ experience as a Federal HR Consultant/Expert with a demonstrated ability to conduct federal strategic workforce planning; ability to provide senior level analysis and recommendations to high-level federal government officials;high level of proficiency in written and oral communications.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree + minimum of fiveyears related experience.
  • Security Clearance:Must be able to successfully undergo full security background and screening process. *** Please indicate on your resume your current level of security clearance, if any.
