Job summary

GovSignals, Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Federal Deployment Strategist to own Department of War programs from the first conversation through renewal.

This full-time, hybrid role expects you to deliver measurable value: faster market research, compressed lead times, and awards that close on schedule. You will work with the CPO, respond to contracting officers, and coordinate with Product Engineering to enhance the platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles at companies that sell to the government.
• Led a Department of War or Intelligence Community customer from win through renewal.
• Written proposals, SOW language, or pricing that won work; writing stands up to contracting officers.
• Deep understanding of the federal acquisition lifecycle from requirements through contract administration.
• Technical ability to understand APIs, data flows, and integrations and work through problems with an engineer.

Responsibilities

• Help our federal team win new programs: shape the requirement, write proposal sections and SOW/PWS language, and price the work.
• Lead discovery with each customer, then build the deployment plan around how their teams work.
• Configure the platform and train government users until GovSignals is part of their daily work.
• Drive expansion and renewals through documented mission outcomes and new use cases across program offices and commands.
• Work closely with the Product Engineering team to improve the platform and customer experience.
