Job summary

PingWind, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead a complex cybersecurity and enterprise security engineering program for a large Federal Government client.

You will provide leadership over contract performance, personnel, schedule, deliverables, risks, and technical activities while interfacing with PingWind, project teams, and Government stakeholders. The role encompasses IT and cloud design, security, development, systems engineering, and implementation, ensuring alignment

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in information security with at least five years in cybersecurity and cloud security within a large government agency.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex cybersecurity, cloud, or IT programs in Federal environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management of personnel, schedule, resources, risks, deliverables, and technical execution.
• Coordinate activities among PingWind, Government stakeholders, subcontractors, and technical teams.
• Translate customer requirements and priorities into actionable work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Oversee IT and cloud security architecture, engineering, development, and implementation activities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and performance reporting.
• Monitor deliverables for schedule, quality, and compliance with contract requirements.
• Identify, manage, and elevate program risks, issues, and dependencies.
