TekPro Support Services, LLC is seeking a Staff Contract Specialist to provide acquisition support across the federal procurement lifecycle in the Washington, DC area. You will independently execute recurring procurement tasks with minimal guidance across IDIQs, BPAs, and various orders.

The role requires five years of federal contracting experience and a solid working knowledge of contract vehicles such as FFP, Cost Reimbursable, LH, and T&M, with hands-on experience in planning, procurement

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or 24 semester hours in accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, or management.
• Minimum five years' experience in federal contracting.
• Experience with procurement planning, market research, and development of solicitation documents (RFPs/RFQs).

Mansioni

• Provide mid-level expertise across procurement stages, including planning, market research, and development of solicitation documents (RFPs/RFQs).
• Review SOW, SOO, and PWS for accuracy and compliance; support procurement packages and tracking.
• Assist in administering multiple contract vehicles (IDIQs, BPAs, tasks/delivery orders, call orders) and various contract types (FFP, Cost Reimbursable, LH, T&M).
• Assist with cost/price analysis, contract modifications, terminations/default actions, and closeouts; support recurring contract administration.
• Prepare contractual actions using acquisition e-Government tools and systems; support agency programs.
