Responsibilities

• Coordination of pre-award and post-award functions, including price/cost analysis, negotiation, and administration for services, materials, and equipment.
• Development and oversight of Statements of Work (SOW) for projects and procurements.
• Preparation of solicitation documents and evaluation of proposals for conformance and awards within contracting authority.
