Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management.

• Proven success in leading construction teams and client relationships.

• Salary range is $120,000–$160,000 DOE.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for costs, planning, scheduling, engineering and personnel management.
• Oversee project startup, completion and close-out processes.
• Develop personnel development and recruiting strategies.
• Manage contractual issues and client relationships.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Forecast costs accurately for job completion.
• Lead and develop the project team and ensure resolution of issues.
• Ensure quality assurance and control plans are followed.
• Coordinate with Safety Manager to meet safety goals.
