Qualifications

• 5 years of experience on large complex multimillion dollar federal construction projects, preferably Department of Defense.
• Experience with Micro-Computer Automated Cost Estimating System and PACES software.
• Certified CCP or CEP or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost estimates for post-award construction contract changes.
• Prepare and review engineering estimates.
• Maintain files of current material prices and construction equipment costs.
