Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• 3+ years on FDOT bridge projects; Florida PE license with 6+ years experience.
• Proficiency in structural analysis programs and industry software as listed.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural calculations, modeling, analysis, and design.
• Prepare contract documents including plans, specs, and cost estimates.
• Lead multi-disciplinary projects from proposal through design and construction.
• Review shop drawings and RFIs; develop and review reports and studies.
• Provide technical assistance to clients, officials, and contractors.
• Deliver presentations and participate in client meetings.
• Ensure quality reviews of calculations and documents; stay current with practice.
