Job summary

Western Alliance Bank is seeking a Senior FCC Data Analyst to enhance analytics and technologies supporting anti-money laundering efforts. You will work with IT, Risk, and Operations to improve monitoring systems and governance, delivering advanced reporting and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities include maintaining Power BI dashboards, data quality checks, and collaborating on BRD-aligned requirements. Strong SQL/Python and regulatory knowledge are required for this role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in BSA/AML or related field.
• Intermediate knowledge of regulatory obligations and industry standards.
• Experience with data analysis, data visualization, and analytics tooling.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and technical support for FCC monitoring tools and workflows.
• Develop and optimize reporting and analytics to improve risk detection and efficiency.
• Create documentation for reporting, queries, and changes to monitoring systems.
• Collaborate with IT, Risk, and Operations to govern monitoring systems.
