Job summary

Texas A&M University Finance - Bush School is seeking an FBS Administrator III to provide accounting and business support for a designated unit. The role audits, reports, reconciles, tracks, and reviews actions on assigned accounts, while offering strategic input to leadership.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GAAP and financial management systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute, review, and audit complex financial transactions.
• Assist in setting strategic financial and budget goals.
• Prepare financial reports, presentations, models, and AFR tasks.
• Provide executive-level reports and customer service to VP’s, Deans, and senior staff.
• Lead process improvements to enhance efficiencies and workflows.
