Location:Must reside in MS, LA, GA, AL, KY, TN, or North FL.

Position Summary:Are you ready to take your career to new heights? As a Senior FBO Account Executive, you'll lead the charge in developing and maintaining strategic relationships with clients while driving sales growth in the business aviation sector. You'll manage a portfolio of accounts, identify new opportunities, and ensure exceptional service delivery. Plus, you'll play a key role in strategic planning and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Success:Achieve annual sales volume and gross profit goals for your region and key accounts.
  • Expand Your Portfolio:Maintain and grow your account and product portfolio in line with our business plan.
  • Understand Market Dynamics:Develop a clear understanding of market dynamics in your territory.
  • Pursue New Opportunities:Proactively identify and pursue new prospects and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Leverage Technology:Utilize CRM and other system platforms to maintain customer profiles and manage pipelines.
  • Collaborate for Success:Work with internal teams to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
  • Represent Us:Enhance business visibility by representing the company at trade events.
  • Stay Ahead:Develop knowledge of competitor offerings and build value propositions to maintain customer interest.
  • Ensure Smooth Operations:Collaborate with internal support teams, including credit, supply, dispatch, accounting, and legal.

Job Requirements:

  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience:Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or account management within the aviation or FBO industry.
  • Sales Excellence:Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a leadership capacity.
  • Industry Knowledge:Strong understanding of fuel markets, pricing strategies, and customer needs.
  • Leadership Skills:Exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Tech Savvy:Proficiency in Salesforce CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook, with some familiarity with artificial intelligence.
  • Travel:Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Customer Focus:Customer service orientation with integrity and a results-driven mindset.
