Job summary

RavenTek is seeking an Acquisition & Procurement Subject Matter Expert to provide FAR interpretation, regulatory guidance, and policy development across the federal lifecycle. Based remotely, you will advise senior leaders, contract officers, and program offices on complex acquisition matters and help translate statutes into actionable policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years federal acquisition focusing on FAR interpretation.
• Experience exercising Contracting Officer-level judgment.
• Active or prior DAWIA Level III, FAC-C Level III or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust level clearance.

Responsibilities

• Interpret FAR provisions and provide guidance on complex regulatory matters.
• Advise leadership on regulatory intent and compliance risks.
• Develop acquisition policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
• Translate FAR updates into agency policies and procedures.
• Support audits, protests, and oversight inquiries.
• Deliver FAR training and mentor staff.
