Pitcairn, a premier wealth advisory firm near Montgomery County, seeks a seasoned client service professional to support Relationship Managers in delivering comprehensive financial planning to ultra-high-net-worth families and single-family offices.

In this role you will prepare cash flow reports, analyze wealth projections, monitor asset allocations, coordinate tax information, and produce client deliverables, while upholding the highest standards of service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; minimum 5 years in client-focused professional services.
• Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and financial analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Managers with comprehensive financial planning and client service.
• Prepare cash flow reports, balance sheets, and net worth statements; analyze scenarios for wealth projections.
• Analyze asset allocation, perform trading and rebalancing; initiate transactions for funds and managed accounts.
• Coordinate income tax information, tax projections, and tax payments for clients.
• Assess insurance needs and coordinate implementation with the Family Office Insurance Administrator.
• Create client deliverables and collaborate to generate content for complex families.
• Review client fee calculations and ensure compliance and approvals for asset-specific fees.
• Support annual compliance reviews for all accounts.
