Ultimate Staffing Services, West Palm Beach, is seeking an experienced Family Paralegal to join our legal team in West Palm Beach, Florida. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of recent family law experience and a Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) in good standing.

Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, managing calendars, and supporting attorneys through all stages of family law proceedings, with strong attention to detail and ability to handle a high-volume caseload.

Qualifications

• FRP certification in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of recent family law paralegal experience.
• Strong knowledge of Florida family law procedures and court rules.
• Experience drafting legal documents independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.

Responsibilities

• Draft, prepare, and file family law pleadings, motions, notices, financial affidavits, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
• Assist attorneys with divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, paternity, domestic violence, and post-judgment matters.
• Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, court personnel, and opposing counsel.
• Manage attorney calendars, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Organize and maintain case files and legal documents.
• Review and summarize financial records, bank statements, tax returns, and other case-related documents.
• Prepare discovery responses and assist with document production.
• E-file documents with Florida courts and ensure compliance with court deadlines.
• Coordinate and prepare exhibits, witness lists, and trial notebooks.
